Football Field Agreement: Gary Bowar stated he met with members of the Football field improvement committee as well as members of the city council to discuss changes to the current football field use agreement.  He stated the city council would like the school to pay half of the water bill at the facility for the entire year.  Jerod Raethz and Shayne Geditz would be in charge of monitoring the water usage.  Bowar informed the board that the city would be paying for any repairs.  There was discussion on whether there would be a cap on the amount the school would spend on water. Lisa Raethz will check and see if the city can provide her with a total amount of gallons used in 2013 so the board can get an idea of cost.  The city council meets on July 1 and it was discussed having board representation there to discuss the agreement.

2013-14 158. Adjournment. Motion by Heitmann, second by Bowar to adjourn at 5:16 p.m. All in favor, motion carried. The next meet will be on July 14 with the budget hearing at 7:00 p.m.
