As superintendent of the Faulkton Area School District, it is my pleasure to serve a district where there is a rich history and tradition of excellence, continuous improvement, and high standards. These qualities are embraced by an effective teaching staff, exemplary school leaders, and committed support staff. I am wholeheartedly committed and excited to have a role in continuing these strong traditions.

In our schools, we seek to meet the needs of all students and to fully prepare them for the challenges they will face in the future. We also strive to provide our students with the skills to become lifelong learners, critical thinkers, caring citizens, and responsible members of our democratic society. Additionally, we desire to not only prepare our students for the academic rigor of college, but to empower them with the character, discipline, and skills they need to succeed in the professional workforce.

Our district is committed to bringing out the best in each and every child and recognizes that strong schools are the foundation of a strong community. Through teamwork, dedication, and collaboration, we are committed to reaching the potential of our students’ individual needs. We will continue to engage our community in creating a shared vision that will guide us in our decisions.
